Bubba Wallace taken to infield care center following Atlanta race

NASCAR Cup Series driver Bubba Wallace was taken to the infield care center after the running of the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500.

Wallace stumbled on out toad owing the race at Atlanta Motor Speedway and during an interview with FOX reporter Jamie Little appeared to become disoriented.

Prior to the race Wallace was seen wearing a t-shirt which read “I can’t breathe. Black Lives Matter” in response to the death of George Floyd.

Wallace finished 21st in the race which was won by Kevin Harvick.

Richard Petty Motorsports released a statement on social media after 8 pm ET that Wallace has been released from the infield care center.
