On Sunday StarCom Racing and Jeffrey Earnhardt announced a split leaving the team without a driver and the driver without a team.
A day later StarCom Racing announced on Monday that they have come to an agreement with Landon Cassill to drive the No. 00 Chevrolet for the next two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series events.
Cassill will be the driver for both this weekend’s race at Martinsvile as well as the April 8 race at Texas Motor Speedway.
