David Gilliland won the pole for Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Daytona International Speedway.
The driver of the No. 38 Loves Travel Stops Ford Fusion will be joined by Reed Sorenson on the front row for the Coke Zero 400.
Coverage of the Sprint Cup race will air on TNT starting at 7:30 p.m/ET. The green flag start time is set for 7:46 pm/ET. The event will consist of 267 laps making up 400.5 miles.
Jimmie Johnson won this race a year ago while teammate Dale Earnhardt Jr. was victorious in the season opening Dayton 500 in February.
