In what was otherwise an uneventful game last week between the Cowboys and Dolphins, NFL Films picked up Dak Prescott making a comment about Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets.
“Oh, spicy nuggets are back,” Prescott said. “I might have to stop on the way home.”

On Thursday the Cowboys quarterback said he has yet to stop by Wendy’s and pick up the nuggets.
Prescott already has endorsement deals with Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Oikos and Nicholas Air but said he was not focusing on expanding his branding power during the season.
Teammates such as tight end Jason Witten have poked fun at Prescott this week.
“I’m sure his agents are probably working to get a deal done right there,” Witten laughed when asked by reporters. “Capitalize on the opportunity, you know? I don’t think he’s gotten enough there. … Pass them down to the rest of us, you know?”
Witten who returned after a season in the booth as an announcer for ESPN appreciates the quarterbacks ability to prepare but not overthink.
“Listen, [he has the] ability to lock in and then keep a little bit of personality. … He’s relaxed, he’s calm out there,” Witten said. “I believe he prepares during the week and then he doesn’t overthink it when he gets in those moments.”
