With Matt Cassel offering little to nothing for the Cowboys from the quarterback position the team said all things would be evaluated this week. Still Cassel was named the starter for Saturday’s game against the Jets.
The decision has left fans wishing the team would just give Kellen Moore a shot. Apparently the team is willing to give Moore a shot after letting him take some first team in practice this week.
Kellen Moore has gotten a few reps with the starters this week but he has mostly done scout team per Jason Garrett

Moore has never thrown a pass in the regular season but it is hard to imagine he could do any worse than Cassel has over the past few weeks.
Cassel has failed to top 200 yards in three of his last four starts an four of his last five. Given he is going up against a tough Jets defense its hard to imagine he will do any better this weekend.
