The St. Louis Rams running back situation looks grim. Already without Todd Gurley for Week 1, the Rams will also not have Tre Mason.
Reports on Mason had been bleak leading up to the injury report being released today. Mason ran 179 times for 765 yards (4.3 average) with three touchdowns last year.
With Mason out the Rams will likely have to air things out more with newcomer Nick Foles. Benny Cunningham will be listed as the Rams starter for the team.
