The Broncos will open the 2015 season with a new offensive coordiantor.

Wade Phillips will take over the position that was vacated when Jack Del Rio left to become the new head coach of the Raiders.

Phillips reunites with Gary Kubiak who he worked under with the Texans. Phillips and Kubiak turned the Texans into Super Bowl contenders before Matt Schaub became unserviceable all of a sudden as the team finished with 14 straight losses to end the 2013 season.

The Broncos figure to become more aggressive under Phillips which may play to the strengths to their pass rushers. Despite never sticking as head coach anywhere, Phillips is one of the best defensive minds in football. The Broncos will do well having him next season.
