Ben Tate’s tenure with the Vikings is over after just five games and 13 carries.
Tate ran for just 38 yards during his short tenure with the Vikings which came after he was waived by the Browns.
The 26-year-old Tate has appeared used up this season. Both the Colts and Cardinals attempted to claim Tate earlier this year when he was waived by the Browns. Whether or not one of them attempts to pick him up this time remains to be seen. It is just as likely he passes though the waiver wire unclaimed.
