Drew Stanton suffered a knee injury in Thursday night’s game.

Aaron Donald sacked Stanton who layed down on the turf at the Edward Jones Dome. When Stanton was helped up he hopped off the field while making sure to avoid placing white on his right leg. He was later seen getting medical attention on the sidelines before being taken to the locker room. The Cardinals have ruled Stanton out of the game.

Ryan Lindley who made four starts as a rookie in 2012 came in to replace Stanton. Lindley completed a pass placing the Cardinals in field goal range.

For now Logan Thomas remains on the bench for the Cardinals. The team is already without Carson Palmer who suffered a torn ACL against the Rams on Nov. 9 though his injury occurred without any contact.
