Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been ruled out for the rest of Thursday night’s game against the Cowboys.

Marshall was injured in the second quarter after catching a pass for a first down. He was hit in the ribs by a knee from Cowboys safety Barry Church. He had to be helped off the field by trainers and was quickly taken to the locker room.

At halftime Marshall was loaded into an ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital. He is said to have walked into the ambulance himself and was able to sit up.

Marshall caught three passes for 62 yards before leaving the game including one 42 yard juggling catch.
