After last weeks poor performance against the Buccaneers quarterback Robert Griffin threw his Redskins teammates under the bus.

Head coach Jay Gruden was overly critical of Griffin this week and ESPN’s Chris Mortensen says the Redskins will not hesitate to make a switch at quarterback this week.

If the Redskins struggle early on against the 49ers their could be a quick decision to place Colt McCoy in the game. McCoy is 2-0 in place of Griffin and the failed Kirk Cousins experiment.

Gruden has not made any secret that he feels that Griffin;s fundamentals have broken down and that the third-year quarterback was “coddled” by upper management.

Through four games, Griffin has thrown for 763 yards, with 2 total touchdowns, 3 interceptions and a QBR of 34.2. The Redskins are 0-2 since he returned from a dislocated left ankle and are a significant underdog this weekend.
