After weeks of Mike Glennon being unable to move the offense the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are giving the starters role back to Josh McCown.
McCown was ineffective during his first stint as the quarterback of the Buccaneers completing just 43-of-68 passes for 420 yards with two touchdowns and four interceptions.
McCown is making $4.75 million this season and the Buccaneers are trying to see if they have anything in him. It looks as if he will be given some slack going forward. At 1-7 the Buccaneers are desperate to find offense.
For his efforts Glennon had just a 6.98 YPA and 10:6 TD:INT ratio. He has thrown an interception in five straight starts.
