It appeared that Trent Richardson was on his way to his first 100 yard rushing game as a member of the Indianapolis Colts when he went down with a hamstring injury in the fourth quarter.

Richardson ran the ball 14 times for 77 yards before leaving a 27-0 win over Cincinnati.

“Little tweak, nothing big,” Richardson said via ESPN. “I was able to still run and move. Coach [Chuck Pagano] told me there’s no reason to back out there.”

The Colts ran for a season-best 171 yards against sthe Bengals averaging 5.0 yards a carry. It marked the second time on the season the Colts had totaled 150 or more yards rushing in a game.

Richardson has had trouble putting up numbers since being aquired by the Colts early in the 2013 season. This year he has 101 rushes for 358 yards (3.5 average) and two touchdowns. He has added 19 catches for 173 yards.
