Lions star wide receiver Calvin Johnson will be on the field for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.
While Johnson was used as a decoy in Week 4 while dealing with an ankle injury, all signs have pointed to him starting this week and playing a full game.
Johnson told teammates earlier in the week that he would play and according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press he was able to do all of the warm-up drills.
He'll be more than a decoy @drew_besteman: @ttwentyman do you think calvin will be a decoy today or will he play a full game?

Through four games Johnson has 21 catches for 341 yards and a touchdown.
The Bills are 25th in the NFL defending the pass allowing a whopping 266.3 yards per game.
