Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch has never missed a game in his NFL career. That statistic will change after Tulloch torn his ACL during the Lions win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Tulloch sacked Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and attempted to do the discount double-check. It then fell to the ground.

“Unfortunately, I got up in celebration and it happened,” Tulloch said, per MLive.com. “But I ain’t embarrassed by nothing. We all celebrate when we make a play.”

Lions head coach Jim Caldwell confirmed on Monday that the team would place Tulloch on season ending injured reserve. He had played 131 straight games.
