Linebacker Jon Beason is expected to miss an extended period of time after re-aggravating a toe injury that left him out for all of training camp reports ESPN New York.
Beason is awaiting the results of an MRI but signs are pointing to the 29-year-old as being questionable for Week 3.
The Giants would have to use Jameel McClain as his replacement. Though two games Beason has been in on four tackles this season. The former Carolina Panther has not played in a full 16 game season since 2009.
