The effectiveness of the St. Louis Rams offense this season will be dependent on their ground game. Still the performance of third string quarterback Austin Davis in Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay was eye opening.
Davis was 22-of-29 for 235 yards passing in the 19-17 win but that will not be enough for him to remain the teams starter.
Rams coach Jeff Fisher said after Sunday’s win when healthy Shaun Hill was still the teams quarterback.
