Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been indicted in Montgomery County for reckless or negligent injury to a child reports MyFoxHouston.
An attorney for Peterson has declined comment when contact by the network about the case.
What is know is tht Child Protective Services has confirmed that they are working on a case involving Peterson and an 11-year-old boy.

A six time Pro Bowler, Peterson has spent his entire NFL career with the Vikings. He has rushed for 10,190 yards and scored 86 touchdowns in his career.
The Vikings are said to be considering what to do with Peterson for this weekends contest.
