Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall suffered a back injury during practice Sunday morning and had to be carted off the sideline to the locker room.
Hall, 30, is listed as the starting left cornerback for the Redskins. Tracy Porter took the lions share of first-team snaps in the absence of Hall reports the Washington Post.
After making his way to the sideline Hall’s back locked up and he had to be carted away. The veteran cornerback received treatment in the locker room for what is believed to be a bruised back.
More information is expected to be released later today by head coach Jay Gruden.
