Eric Decker surely would love to return to the Denver Broncos in 2014 but the 27-year-old wide receiver understands that may not happen.
Decker along with running back Knowshon Moreno are two of the more high profile members of the Broncos to hit free agency this year. There are 18 members of the team that will become free agents.
“I would love to come back. I don’t know my future either,” Decker said via 9 News in Colorado. These comments are little different from ones made at the beginning of the week.
“You build relationships, but you know it’s not going to be the same next year,” Decker said. “Obviously for me, I would love to come back. … I would love to play here. Unfortunately it’s something that isn’t always in my control.”
Decker recoreded 87 catches for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.
