Report: Browns hire Kyle Shanahan as OC

The Cleveland Browns have hired Kyle Shanahan as their offensive coordinator, according to FOX Sports’ Alex Marvez.

Shanahan spent the last four seasons in Washington as the offensive coordinator under his dad, Mike Shanahan.

Shanahan will run the show on the offensive side of the ball for the Browns. Shanahan’s first job will be to find a new quarterback, with the most likely scenario being that the team will use their first-round draft pick on a QB of the future.

On Shanahan’s resume he also spent two years in Houston, prior to Washington where he was the offensive coordinator.
