The Baltimore Ravens are reportedly targeting former Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak for their vacant offensive coordinator role.
Kubiak was let go in-season as the Texans limped to a 2-14 record.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Ravens want Kubiak, Rick Dennison and Kyle Shanahan to all work together in Baltimore. It worked results in Houston years ago but one has to wonder if anyone’s ego could be hurt moving forward.

The Ravens struggled offensively last season under Jim Caldwell. An injury to tight end Dennis Pitta and the loss of Anquan Boldin did not help either. The Detroit Lions signed Caldwell to be their head coach.
Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler is considered the other favorite for the job besides Kubiak.
