The Cleveland Browns could be clearing house at quarterback in the next few weeks but one name that could stick around in Brian Hoyer.
Hoyer, 28, is owed a $250,000 roster bonus this offseason. Hoping to return from ACL surgery in October, Hoyer figures to compete for the starting job in Cleveland against a early round draft pick.
Look for the #Browns to pay Brian Hoyer's $250 K roster bonus, which is due on March 15.

Hoyer is said to be progressing well. In two full games and a few minutes of another in 2013, Hoyer outperformed Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell. Both Weeden and Campbell are expected to be let go soon. Hoyer completed 59.4 percent of his passes for 615 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions.
