With nothing to play for in Week 17 the Kansas City Chiefs could rest their starters.
Speaking to reporters on Monday head coach Andy Reid said he was toying with the idea of resting his players. The Chiefs are locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC and could avoid any risk of injury by keeping their stars out of the lineup.
Reid says he hasn't decided what he gonna do as far as rest guys against San Diego. Said he's had some success doing it in the past, though.

Reid said he had not made a decision yet but had success in the past by pulling his starters. The Chiefs are currently 11-4 following Sunday’s loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
