The New York Giants will allow Will Hill to play in Sunday’s contest against the Detroit Lions.

Hill was arrested on Friday in New Jersey on a warrant related to unpaid child support. On Saturday the 23-year-old Hill made the trip to Detroit with the rest of his Giants teammates.

There will be no punishment for Hill as the Giants are considering this “a private, personal matter that he is dealing with” reports the New York Daily News.

This is the latest trouble for Hill.

In Oct. 2012 Hill was suspended for violating the NFL’s performance enhancing drug policy, which he said was due to his use of Adderall. And he was suspended the first four games of this season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, which he admitted was due to his use of marijuana.

Hill has played in 10 games for the Giants this season, making eight starts.
