Denver Broncos WR Wes Welker will not be active for Thursday nights game against the San Diego Chargers. Welker has sustained two concussions in the last month and had no shot of gaining clearance on a short week.

Welker left last weeks game against the Tennessee Titans and was replaced by Jacob Tamme who produced a 4/47/0 line while playing on 45-of-46 snaps.
It is likely that Tamme will be used in the same roll on Thursday night.
