Daniel Snyder’s tenure as the owner of the Washington Redskins has seen tremendous growth in the value of the franchise but not exactly in the win column.
With all the recent reports of the owners special reinstatement to quarterback Robert Griffin III and his rocky relationship with Mike Shanahan it will all come to a head in Washington soon rather than later.
Snyder has already been trashed in the media by those wanting the Redskins to change their name, now he’s being accused of special treatment to a star player and reportedly trying to find a way to avoid paying a coach $7 million.
The refusal of a name change combined with these latest reports are going to trash Snyder to the point that he’s not even seen over the seasons final games.
I do not know what is going on in the Redskins front office, but it’s not going to be pretty. Tony Dungy’s comments about not wanting to work for Snyder are only going to further diminish the list of names who could coach for the Redskins.
Yea. Good luck Mr. Snyder.
