Steve Smith will have to deal with Darrelle Revis on Sunday.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have Revis on the field when they play against the Carolina Panthers in Week 13. Revins is dealing with a groin injury which will make him at less than 100 percent and give Panthers quarterback Cam Newton some chances to find Smith.
