The Packers have cleared Rodgers (broken left collarbone) for limited practice but when the quarterback returns to game action is still up in the air.
Appearing on his Tuesday radio show, Rodgers confirmed that he was not cleared for game action.
“Flexibility and strength have been the last to come back,” Rodgers said.
Aaron Rodgers on his @ESPNMilwaukee radio show said he has not been cleared to play in a game, only to practice.

Rodgers had been targeting Thanksgiving Day for his return but not it appears that Matt Flynn will be under center for the Packers come Thursday against the Detroit Lions.
