Packers not expected to reunite with Vince Young

The Green Bay Packers are appearing as if they will stand pat with Seneca Wallace and Scott Tolzien on the depth chart at
quarterback following an injury to the collarbone of Aaron Rodgers.

Ed Werder of ESPN tweeted that the Packers are not believed to be interested in re-signing Vince Young. The 30-year-old Young signed with the Packers in the offseason and was believed to be the teams No. 2 quarterback prior to having a awful performance in the fourth game of the preseason.

Young coupled with Matt Flynn were the two names most closely associated with the Packers since the injury to Rodgers. Flynn previously served as a backup in Green Bay but the Packers are reportedly concerned with his arm strength.

Earlier today the Packers added Tolzien to their active roster. He had been on the Packers practice squad since being released by the San Francisco 49ers at the end of the preseason.
