Cleveland Browns QB Brian Hoyer was forced from Thursday’s game against the Bills with a right knee injury.
Brandon Weeden came into the game and was promptly booed.
Hoyer suffered the injury on Cleveland’s second series when he attempted to slide at the end of a successful scramble. He got laid out by Bills LB Kiko Alonso, getting both his legs awkwardly caught underneath him.

He stayed down for several moments before he was able to limp to the sideline, and then the locker room. Hoyer was 2-of-4 for 25 yards before going down. The Browns had won two games with Hoyer under center.
