Hoping to improve what is one of the worst receiving corps in the NFL the New York Jets have invited Austin Collie and Laurent Robinson to workout.

Both Collie and Robinson have suffered multiple concussions since entering the league.

Collie, 27, was limited to just one game last season while suffering a knee injury. Previously Collie worked out for New England and San Francisco.

The former Colt receiver caught 172 passes in his first three seasons.

The 28-year-old Robinson was cut one-year after signing a five-year deal worth $32.5 million with Jacksonville. Robinson  caught 24 passes over seven games while dealing with concussions last season. His breakout season came in 2011 with Dallas where he caught 54 passes and 11 touchdowns.

Robinson also has work outs scheduled with New England and Detroit.

The Jets are also working out veteran kicker Billy Cundiff who could provide competition for Nick Folk. Cundiff misseda crucial kick in the 2011 AFC Championship Game and appeared in five games with the Washington Redskins before being released last season. Signed mid-season by San Francisco he did not play for the 49ers.
