The case is in the appeals process and full details are not known. The league has a strict confidentiality clause on such cases. If the case works the way it’s supposed to, the NFL would only comment if the appeal failed.
Miller had 30 sacks in his first two seasons and is one of the NFL’s premier pass rushers. The Broncos will likely be forced to start Shaun Phillips during his absence if the suspension is upheld.
