Charles Woodson recently said that he would be open to playing for any NFL team. That has not provided the 36-year-old any additional interest on the free agent market. There have been no teams linked to Woodson recently.
ESPN Cleveland writer Toni Grossi says that there are no signs that suggest the Cleveland Browns could be an eventual landing spot for Woodson.
The Browns appear set to go with T.J. Ward and Tashaun Gipson as their starting safeties. Cleveland also drafted FS Jamoris Slaughter in the sixth-round of the NFL Draft.
There are a handful of teams that Woodson could be an option for including the Panthers, Cowboys, Broncos, Chiefs, Vikings, Jets, Chargers, and Rams. Woodson spent the last seven seasons of his 15-year career playing for the Packers.
