The Miami Dolphins are close to re-signing wide receiver Brian Hartline. Hartline was a favorite target of rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill during the 2012 season.
Hartline recorded 1,083 yards last season on 74 catches and recorded six touchdowns.
The multi-year deal between the Dolphins and Hartline is said to fall between $6 million and $6.5 million. Signing Hartline would not rule the Dolphins out of pursuing other options in the passing game, mainly Mike Wallace and Greg Jennings.
