Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant intends to play on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The third year player met with a hand specialist on Wednesday and has opted to delay surgery. By playing Bryant risks aggravating his injury.
The Cowboys medical staff will create some sort of splint which will protect his injured finger while allowing him to catch passes. Bryant is expected to participate in practice on Thursday.
Bryant has the Cowboys go-to guy in recent weeks. In his last four games Bryant has 438 yards receiving and six touchdowns.
