Colts cheerleaders have heads shaved during third quarter of game

After agreeing to shave her head if the Indianapolis Colts raised $10,000 for leukemia research cheerleaders Megan M and Crystal Anne had their heads shaved on Sunday.

Colt fans raised over $22,000 after the challenge was issued by the teams mascot and then accepted by Megan. The Colts have been raising money for leukemia research after head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with the disease.

Prior to today’s game cheerleader Crystal also joined in on the fun.

Pagano has been treated with chemotherapy. Interim coach Bruce Arians has said that Pagano will return for the Colts final regular season game.
