Florida State and 2013 Heisman trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston were simply out matched by Oregon and well…. thin air.
Down by 19 in the third quarter Winston dropped back, scrambled for a 12 yard loss and then fumbled the football backwards.
To add to the hilarity of this was the back pedaling referee also losing his footing and falling to the turf. The end result was a 58-year defensive touchdown by Oregon.
Oregon ended the game with a 59-20 win ending the college career of Winston with his first loss.
