A few months ago Jameis Winston was throwing the winning touchdown in the NCAA National Championship game, winning the Heisman trophy and fending off allegations of rape.

On Tuesday the Florida State quarterback was arrested and cited for allegedly stealing crab legs at a Publix according to Tomahawk Nation.

Last year, Winston was 257-384 for 4087 yards and 40 touchdowns with 10 interceptions.

Aside from an alleged rape, Winston has previously had other run-ins with the law which included a BB gun battle and an incident at a Burger King in which Winston was said to be stealing soda with a ketchup cup.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office will hold a 2 p.m. press conference concerning Jameis Winston. There are now reports circulating that Winston was not arrested and will simply be fined $30 and have to do community service. He may also be suspended from the baseball team.
