Jim Mora focused on UCLA, says no thanks to Texas

The University of Texas is getting a lot of thanks but no thanks in their search for  new head football coach. On Friday the names of Art Briles and Jim Mora were added to the not interested list.

Perhaps the Longhorns should have just kept Mack Brown after-all.

“It is always flattering when someone is interested in you. But I am committed to being the UCLA coach.”

Mora comment came hours after Briles released a similar statement. In December Mora signed a six-year extension to stay with UCLA though 2019.

In two seasons at UCLA Mora is 19-8.
