White Sox manager Robin Ventura made the announcement of Belisaro’s removal from the closers role following Friday’s game in which the 31-year-old allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits while recording only one out. Fortunately for the White So Jake Petricka was able to covert the save against Toronto.
Javy Guerra and Zach Putnam are also options to see save chances for the White Sox in the near future.
