The saga of pitcher Masahiro Tanaka may be coming to an end.
With a new posting system in place the Rakuten Golden Eagles will be limited to just $20 million for pitcher Masahiro Tanaka but owner Hiroshi Mikitani is said to be willing to allow the pitcher to leave.
Rakuten was said to be trying to convince Tanaka to remain in Japan for another season but ultimately the pitcher knows there is more money to be made in the U.S.

With the posting system limiting high bids to $20 million there should be a ridiculous number of teams linked to Tanaka. Thus far the Yankees, Cubs, Angels, Dodgers and Diamondbacks have all been linked to Tanaka.
