Free agent Mike Moustakas posts baby photo, calls it best offseason ever

While his agent may disagree, third baseman Mike Moustakas is considering this as his best offseason ever.

The still unsigned former member of the Kansas City Royals took to instagram to show a new photo of his son Michael Carter Moustakas and his wife.

Best offseason ever. This morning we were blessed with a beautiful baby boy. Michael Carter Moustakas. My wife is an absolute rock star. I love our growing family.

On Twitter, Moustakas posted a closer face photo of the couples son again calling it the “Best offseason ever.”

Despite an All-Star bid and a carer high 38 home runs, the 29-year-old Moustakas remains unsigned.

Moustakas is not the only big name still unsigned. Jake Arrieta, Greg Holland and Alex Cobb are just some of the other big name free agents who still find themselves as free agents as spring training games have begun.
