Wow. Someone will make a joke about Justin Verlander putting a ring on it twice in a week. Days after the star pitcher’s Houston Astros won the World Series news is coming out that Verlander and supermodel girlfriend Kate Upton are getting married in Italy.
The couple began dating in 2014 and Upton has been visable at many of Verlander’s games including the World Series. After the pitcher was denied a Cy Young Award in 2016, Upton was critical of the voting process on social media. Verlander has also been quite supportive of Upton’s career.
Upton is said to have began looking at dresses in May but the couple kept details of their wedding under wraps.
