Last year Eric Young struggled as the center fielder of the Braves before being dealt later in the season to the Mets.
Now the 30-year-old has joined the Brewers on a minor league deal.
Young can earn $1 million by making the Brewers while his deal includes addition incentives. While Young’s ability to play all three outfield positions would provide the Brewers some versatility they will mainly hope to see him stay on the bench rather than become an everyday player.
