Multiple others have reported the same news and an official statement should be coming soon. Daniel Norris is said to be going to the Tigers in the deal.

The Blue Jays have already picked up shortstop Troy Tulowitzki prior to Friday’s trade deadline and appear to be all in as they try to claim a Wild Card spot.
Price, 29, is a free agent at the end of the season but has pitched well with a 2.53 ERA and a 1.11 WHIP across 146 innings of work. He has a 138/29 K/BB ratio this season. His trade appears to have the Tigers as sellers at the deadline.
