After numerous reports that outfielder Josh Reddick was not on board with general manager Billy Beane’s offseason moves – things changed on Saturday.

Reddick’s displeasure came when Beane dealt away Josh Donaldson early this offseason and reportedly told reproter Susan Slusser that “This doesn’t make sense to me. We just traded our best player the last 2 years.”

From there Beane dealt Jeff Samardzija, Brandon Moss, and All-Star catcher Derek Morris. It must have been tough for Reddick but things have changed.

Reddick is now behind Beane. Sending out the following tweet after hearing about the acquisition of Ben Zobrist and Yunel Escobar.

In 109 games last season Reddick posted a .264/.316/.446 line with 12 home runs and 54 RBI. Reddick may never get back to the 32 home runs he hit in 2012 but the Athletics will need more out of him next season then they have gotten in the last two seasons.
