The Braves continue to field offers for outfielder Justin Upton and according to MLB.com’s Mark Bowman the Padres are one team that continues to show interest.
Even after picking up Matt Kemp in a trade with the division rival Dodgers the Padres are looking more more bats for their offense.
The #Padres remain one of the clubs pursuing J-Up. I wouldn't be shocked if J-Up and Kemp are together in San Diego next year.

Other teams who have shown interest in Upton are the Orioles, Royals, Rangers and Giants. With a surplus of outfielders after the signing of Nick Markakis the Braves are trying to unload Upton who is a free agent at the end of the season.
Upton had two productive seasons with the Braves. In 2014 he hit .270/.342/.491 with 29 home runs and set a career high with 102 RBI.
