Braves sign Jacob Brigham, Phillies re-up Koyie Hill

The Braves have signed right handed pitcher Jacob Brigham to a minor league contract.

Brigham, 26, had a 3.99 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 79/31 K/BB ratio over 99 1/3 innings at Triple-A Indianapolis. He figures to fill out a minor league rotation spot for the Braves at Gwinnett.

Meanwhile the Phillies have re-signed catcher Koyie Hill to a minor league contract.

The 35-year-old hill saw some action with the Phillies at the big league level last year hitting .238/.273/.286 in 21 at-bats but is ticketed for minor league action this year.

Diamondbacks have signed right hander Caleb Clay to a minor league deal.

Clay, 26, spent part of 2014 with the Angels after pitching in the Korean Baseball Organization. During his minor league tenure with the Angels last year he produced a 5.09 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 45/17 K/BB ratio over 76 innings.
