Greg Walker stepped down at the end of September as the Atlanta Braves hitting coach. Walker’s departure was not a complete surprise after the Braves struggled again offensively for much of the 2014 season.
Kevin Seitzer, a former All-Star, has been hired to replace walker as the Braves hitting coach.
Previously Seitzer has served as the hitting coach for the Diamondbacks, Royals and last season was with the Blue Jays.
